Schedule a One-on-One appointment to review your health plan needs.

Simply choose a date/time and an Aetna team member will call you to get your personalized questions answered. We offer phone appointments for 15 minutes. We get it, health plans can be complex – you've got questions, we’ve got answers.

What to expect in the One-on-One:
  • We'll review your specific health plan needs
  • We'll walk you through Aetna’s Postal Service plan options to find the best fit for you
  • We'll help simplify and make the enrollment process easier

Notice for members with Claim Concerns — due to HIPAA laws and Privacy concerns please log into your Member website to send us an email or call Customer Service at 1-888-238-6240 (TTY: 711) to have your concerns handled now. For members who would also like to speak to a Postal Service team member about their health plan — all claim concerns will be handled within 24 hours.
